Ghana has continued to position itself as one of Africa’s fastest-growing digital economies. With a youthful population, a vibrant entrepreneurial scene, and increasing demand for enterprise technology, Ghana provides the perfect environment for innovation, collaboration, and impact.
Our decision to establish a larger presence here stems from both strategic insight and experience: we’ve witnessed firsthand the incredible potential within Ghana’s private and public sectors to embrace digital transformation and adopt data-driven solutions that drive efficiency, intelligence, and growth.
This new office will allow us to serve clients more closely, engage with partners more frequently, and collaborate with the growing pool of Ghanaian talent eager to make a difference in tech.
A Launch That Reflects Our Vision
To celebrate this milestone, we hosted an intimate launch event at our new facility in Asylum Down. The occasion was attended by an inspiring mix of business leaders, technology professionals, policy stakeholders, media representatives, and members of our team from across the continent.
During the ceremony, our Country Manager, Kobina Hanson, spoke passionately about what this next phase means for Ghana. He emphasized our mission to help organizations unlock the power of data, streamline decision-making, and develop digital-first solutions that move industries forward.
Our co-founders, Olumide Soyombo and Kazeem Tewogbade, also took the stage to share the broader vision for Bluechip Technologies across Africa. They highlighted our core belief that Africa’s tech transformation must be driven by Africans, and that sustainable innovation begins with investing in local capacity and community.
Distinguished Guests and Strategic Conversations
We were honoured to welcome key stakeholders from both the public and private sectors, including Dr. Sulemana Abdul-Salam, CEO of the Youth Employment Agency, and Kofi Okyere-Darko, representing the Diaspora Affairs Office at the Presidency.
Their presence — and their words — added depth to the celebration, as they highlighted the critical role technology companies like Bluechip play in addressing youth unemployment, skills development, and regional integration. Both guests reinforced that strategic investments in the tech ecosystem, such as this, are vital to Ghana’s socio-economic progress and to building stronger Ghana–Nigeria business ties.
Beyond Bricks and Mortar: A Space Built for Growth
Our new office isn’t just bigger — it’s smarter, more collaborative, and designed with people in mind.
The expanded space features flexible workstations, meeting rooms, and collaborative zones that foster creativity and teamwork. It will also serve as a venue for trainings, workshops, and tech community meetups — becoming a physical hub for engagement, upskilling, and partnership building.
This move enables us to work more efficiently, host more in-person client sessions, and deepen our presence within Ghana’s dynamic business and innovation ecosystem.
