The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, driving product strategy, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch and continuous improvement. This role requires a proactive professional who can translate market needs into innovative product solutions, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and business teams, and deliver products that create measurable value for customers and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and enhancements.
• Translate strategic goals into prioritized product initiatives and features.
Product Planning & Roadmap Management
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term value.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on customer impact, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with engineering, design, data, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Serve as the key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews, and roadmap discussions.
Product Development & Delivery
• Lead the product development lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Oversee product releases and ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive, user-focused experiences.
Product Performance & Optimization
• Define KPIs to measure product success and adoption.
• Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and business metrics to drive improvements and innovation.
Customer & Market Engagement • Engage customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
• Support go-to-market strategies including product positioning, messaging, and launches.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within technology-driven environments.
• Experience managing digital products, enterprise software, or technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
• Experience translating business needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Product board, or Trello.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with enterprise technology platforms, cloud solutions, or SaaS products.
• Product certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
