Job Objectives:
▪ To independently manage business analysis activities for defined projects or workstreams.
▪ Engage directly with business stakeholders, perform full lifecycle requirement analysis, support solution design, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and workshops with clients or internal teams
• Develop and maintain BRDs, FRSs, use cases, user stories, process models, and data maps
• Validate requirements with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Perform gap and impact analysis for change requests or enhancements
• Facilitate solution walkthroughs and sign-off meetings
• Ensure traceability of requirements from initiation through testing
• Contribute to UAT planning, coordination, and results validation
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed
• Support continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to existing business processes
Knowledge, Competencies
▪ Solid understanding of BA methodologies (e.g., BABOK)
▪ In-depth knowledge of requirements lifecycle, requirement types, and modelling standards
▪ Understanding of business process reengineering
▪ Exposure to data analysis and reporting structures (BI dashboards, KPIs)
Skills
▪ Skilled in stakeholder engagement and facilitation
▪ Strong writing and critical analysis skills
▪Ability to translate business problems into clear solution requirements
▪Time management and multi-project coordination
Education
Qualification/ Certification
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
▪ Professional certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile-related) is preferred
▪ Demonstrated experience working on structured projects in FSI, Telecoms, or enterprise environments
▪ Minimum experience: 3-5 years of work experience

▪ ≤ 2 requirements reworked after development hand-off
▪ 95% Timeliness of documentation delivery
▪ 3% of UAT defect rate traced back to unclear requirements

▪ 95% Documentation completeness and adherence to standards
